This survey is for everyone who registered, whether you were able to attend the full summit, attend parts, or not able to attend.
The summit planning committee greatly appreciates your participation in this survey.
The purpose of this survey is to:
- Learn what worked well and what wasn't as good, so we can host better events in the future
- Evaluate how well we met our goal to create an accessible space for discussion about hate
- Include your input in shaping some next steps in the community-wide response to hate
Use of Your Information
This survey is confidential and it does not ask any personally identifying information. You may share any personal information about yourself that you are comfortable with as you answer questions.
Your answers will be used by No Hate in the Hammer to evaluate the summit and for planning purposes.
If you provide a testimonial about your experience as an answer to a question, No Hate in the Hammer may use it in promotional materials and attribute it to "A Summit Participant". You may request that we do not use your answers in this way, or you may provide your full name and position if you give us permission to use both your testimonial and your name.
